We just sold a house using Legendary Realty in a record time with minimum hassle and good price.
Our agent, Juliet Krumholtz, was fabulous and extremely responsive to every one of our needs. She guided us every step along the way with her experience and professional knowledge. She showed us all the houses sold recently in our neighborhood so we could come up with the correct value for our home. She guided us in dealing and making changes required by the city inspectors. She took care of the paper works, and even helped us get a junk remover to have the house and the property totally clean for the new owner.
I must truly say that without Juliet we could have never sold this property this fast and this hassle free.

We have used Mr. Berger to rent our homes in South Edison for over 5 years. He was always able to get us quality renters at the price we were looking for. Mr. Berger recently suggested that it might be a good time to sell one of the properties since the market was very good. We took him up on that suggestion and decided to sell. The foot traffic into the house was amazing and we received multiple offers and sold the house very quickly! His honesty, knowledge of the market and professionalism are a rare commodity and we would definitely use him again!

I kept getting a postcard from Legendary Realty, so I decided to call. Avi was so helpful. After I finally knew what I wanted to do, he helped me every step of the way.
