Alan Boisvert is a Realtor/Broker for REMAX Lifestyle Communities in Southport, North Carolina. Previously, Alan was a restaurateur in Massachusetts and won the RAMAES award for the state’s best restaurant in 2007 as voted by the Retailers Association of Massachusetts. After authoring his cookbook “Keon’s Kitchen,” Alan went on to open Keon’s at the Black Swan, a 175-seat restaurant with function facilities accommodating up to 600 guests. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and did his formal training at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, Germany. Alan is an avid golfer and outdoors person.

He lists bicycling, hiking, and pickleball as his favorite activities. When relaxing, Alan loves to read and play in the garden. When asked about his transition to real estate he noted “It is about building lasting relationships built on trust. My customers, then and now, can trust me to give constant professional service.” Prior to moving to St. James, Alan was an award-winning restaurateur in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

He is the author of “Keon’s Kitchen,” a cookbook revealing many of his restaurant’s secret recipes. Alan is an avid golfer and outdoors person.
