We had a fantastic experience working with Alan for our first home purchase. He coordinated showings for as many places as we were interested in, and the effort for this was compounded by pandemic precautions. He worked hard to understand what was important to us and helped us find properties that met our desires, never pressuring us one way or the other, but letting us drive decision-making.
Once we found our perfect spot, he shined even more. From getting pre-approval, putting in the offer, negotiating, coordinating inspections and escrow, he was there with excellent and timely (often immediate) communication every step of the way. We always knew what to do next and when to do it, even though we had no idea what was going on β because Alan guided us through everything.
