After earning his J.D., Alan found his way to San Diego while pursuing his LL.M in Taxation at the University of San Diego School of Law. A member of the State Bar of California since 1998, Alan decided to forego his career as an attorney and pursue his true passion – real estate.

Building upon his professionalism and negotiation skills learned as an attorney, Alan brings honesty and integrity to each real estate transaction. He enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and goals. In his free time, Alan loves spending time at the beach, playing bass guitar, and seeking out live music performances.

I recently worked with Alan on downtown San Diego condominium sale. He was the sellers agent and very professional and quick to communicate throughout the process. I'd certainly recommend him if you're looking for a realtor in San Diego!

We had a fantastic experience working with Alan for our first home purchase. He coordinated showings for as many places as we were interested in, and the effort for this was compounded by pandemic precautions. He worked hard to understand what was important to us and helped us find properties that met our desires, never pressuring us one way or the other, but letting us drive decision-making.

Once we found our perfect spot, he shined even more. From getting pre-approval, putting in the offer, negotiating, coordinating inspections and escrow, he was there with excellent and timely (often immediate) communication every step of the way. We always knew what to do next and when to do it, even though we had no idea what was going on – because Alan guided us through everything.

He has an extensive network of all the professionals needed along the way to make sure everything happens as needed by quality people. Finally, his background and training as a lawyer gave us confidence that nothing was going to slide by us as we reviewed the mountains of paperwork.

Buying a home, and especially a first home, is a scary, intimidating process. Alan did everything in his power to assuage those fears and succeeded in making a potentially painful process as painless as humanly possible.
