Alan King

Alan is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida. He began his career in Brevard County commercial real estate over 35 years ago. During this time, he has had the privilege of working on projects which have changed the face of the County and now provide goods and services locally which traditionally were only available outside the area. This experience with both local small business people as well as Fortune 500 companies has given him both a local perspective and a worldview. He has participated in over $500,000,000 worth of commercial real estate transactions while serving clients from Wal-mart, Public and AT&T to local privately owned clients. The scope of projects he has worked with ranges from local leases to several
million dollar purchases.

While working in real estate practice Alan has been recognized by the Bankruptcy Court of Central Florida as an expert witness, and obtained a CCIM designation and acted as a Court-appointed receiver. He is active in the by invitation only Commercial Investment Roundtable, a group of Central
Florida brokers and developers as well as the Economic Development Commission of East Central Florida. Alan is also active in numerous local fundraisers and charities.
