06/18/2013 - jawert1- Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Gainesville, VA. My home buying experience with Alan was top notch, I have never met a more knowledgeable and patient realtor. Alan hung in with me, viewing approximately 10 homes until he found the perfect one (it went on the market at 7am that day, by 6pm I had seen it and signed the contract). He knew what to look for, did not pressure me or show me homes that were not right for me. He treated me like I was family.
