Alan is the most tenacious, knowledgeable, and supportive realtor and we are so thankful to have had him on our side. With his expert understanding and experience in both this market and commercial real estate as a whole, we felt confident in navigating even the most technical and nuanced aspects of our lease agreement.

My husband and I are planning to open a small business in our neighborhood – we’re new to this game and we had a LOT of questions and inhibitions about the entire process. As available as Alan was to address any questions or concerns we had around our leasing process, he made himself equally available to walk us through other relative, logistical aspects of a start-up like zoning and parking considerations. I called Alan looking for a rental property because none of these other real estate companies would take the time to even talk to me. But Alan was extremely personable, worked diligently on finding a list of homes for my family and I to choose from. I even worked with him late in the evening while he was taking care of his kids. I really expected the property to sit on the market for months, and if I did sell, I expected to need to discount the property deeply.
