Alan Lane

Alan's career goal is to help his clients buy, sell, and invest in both residential and commercial real estate in Florida. Since graduating Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Real Estate and Finance in 1988, Alan has been involved in real estate industry in some fashion. Alan has an active real estate sales associate license with Lokation Real Estate, in Florida. He has completed both residential and commercial transactions for wide variety of property types ranging from new/existing residential homes and vacant commercial land tracts to churches. Alan was also a Managing Director with some of his consulting and appraisal experience including both commercial and residential real estate. Alan also has consulting and appraisal experience which includes both commercial and residential real estate valuation.
