I was referred to Alan-Michael after having worked with another realtor and getting out of a bad house contract. He was very prompt with getting back to me as he was on vacation when I reached out to him. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered his expertise throughout the home buying process. He knew the areas we were looking to purchase in and connected us to a reputable lender. He was truly night and day from my previous realtor, especially since the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would recommend Alan-Michael to everyone I know in the state of MD! Working with Alan-Michael was a pleasure. He knew the area well. He gave me good information on any questions I had being a first time home buyer I really needed to pull from him to assist me in making a great decision and getting what I wanted. We only went out about 3 time to look and found what I wanted.
