Alan Patlen

My name is Alan Patlen. I like to keep things simple, straightforward and upfront. I’m fully dedicated to making my customer’s real estate experience as worry free and quick as possible, without sacrificing due diligence. I’m very friendly and knowledgeable and work extremely hard to get the job done. I have a degree in Geology and have worked in various scientific fields since the early '80s. I moved from New Jersey to Colorado and now I'm back. I started my Real Estate business when I lived in Colorado back in the ‘90s and restarted it when I moved back to New Jersey because I love it.
I contribute my success to many years of scientific training focused on due diligence and extreme attention to details. I live my life with the highest moral and ethical standards and integrity. I love helping people and it shows. This is all I do and take great pride in my work. I'm always available for consultation or just to chat about any issues or concerns that may be on your mind. My motto is "Don't Worry, Be Happy" and I try to live by that every day.
