Alan came to Boulder in 1972 to attend the University of Colorado. His love for tennis, running, and hiking attracted him to Boulder. After graduation, he began a career with the City of Boulder. As the Director of the North Boulder Recreation Center and a coach in Boulder, he gained extensive knowledge of the community. As the NBRC Director, he spearheaded extensive projects and was involved in complex negotiations, (valuable tools in real estate). During this time, he also obtained his real estate license and personally bought and sold many properties.

As a Realtor®, he has sold numerous homes, many of which were his listings. Alan’s personal nature, high energy level, and expert negotiating skills have led to success in these transactions. He feels his broad understanding of the Boulder community, personalized approach, and professionalism will be uniquely beneficial to your real estate needs.
