Alan Smith has been with John L. Scott for over 27 years. He became a broker with John L. Scott because he was inspired by the company’s local emphasis and the credibility of the name. More than two decades later, he is still proud to be part of the JLS family. Alan specializes in residential buyers and sellers in the Bonney Lake, Enumclaw and Sumner regions.

He loves collaborating with clients to help find the perfect home and prides himself on his honest and enthusiastic approach to selling homes. His favorite marketing strategies in today’s market include a mobile focus on listings and outreach, home warranties on all listings, open houses and maintaining a prompt mobile response.

Every year, Alan’s office volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House and local food banks to give back to the local community. In his spare time, Alan enjoys motorcycle travel and woodworking.
