I worked with Brandon on my house sale and cannot say enough good things about my experience. He was responsive, attentive and maintained a positive outlook, occasionally doubling as an impromptu therapist when I became distraught that the darn place would never sell. It did though- and in the timeframe that he said it would. He was patient and understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was buttoned up for a close that was made more difficult because of COVID. I wouldn't have changed a thing and recommend Brandon wholeheartedly.

Despite a very uncertain and stressful buyer's market in the middle of COVID-19, Alan proved to be an incredibly competent and professional resource throughout the entire process for me and my wife's first home purchase. Alan was a godsend! From the day we met him at an open house to the day that we closed, Alan was so great to us. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn’t know. Alan walked us through step by step, and really made the process seem easy! He had so many connections that made it easy to find good people, but never pushed or forced us to use his people. He was quick to respond, and he was very honest with us. When we went into a home that he knew wasn’t a good fit for us based on what we’d told him we were looking for, he told us to help us stay on track and not settle! He’s super knowledgeable, and will explain all of the aspects of buying and living in a home. There wasn’t a question we had that he couldn’t answer. He was so easy to work with he felt like a friend more than a realtor. I would recommend him to anyone! You can’t go wrong with Alan and his team!
