Alan R. The chance to be part of people’s dreams first attracted Alan to real estate. Whether working with a first-time buyer, a family moving up or a client looking to invest, Alan provides expert guidance every step of the way from showing through closing and beyond. And when the deal is sealed, Alan looks forward to fostering lifelong relationships with every one of his buyers and sellers.

Alan graduated from Alamo Heights High School before studying communications at TCU in Fort Worth. When asked why he chose, real estate as his profession, Alan will tell you that it chose him! He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas into a family with strong ties to real estate and development. He flipped his first home when he was just 15 years old and has continued to be obsessed with real estate ever since. He’s earned his stripes working in multiple family companies, learning many aspects of the business, including property management, new construction/development, project management, and commercial real estate—all the while loving real estate’s atmosphere and culture. Today, he draws on all of those experiences when helping clients.

Alan shares his home with his beloved golden retriever, Bailey. He enjoys playing basketball, as well as coaching young up-and-coming talent through skill development.
