I first met Alan when he was the listing agent for the condo I purchased. He was professional, neighborly, and the best possible representative for the property and the neighborhood. When it came time for me to sell that same condo, there was no other choice for my listing agent.

Alan worked closely with me to ensure the condo was prepped to show as well as could be, accommodated my needs for timing, listed the condo so that it showed beautifully on line, and then managed the offerors and the eventual auction process so that I achieved a better outcome than I could have hoped for.

Alan helped us find our home in Maryland while we were still in PA. Even though he’s in VA he was happy to drive up. He toured homes for us virtually. He got documents to us quickly. He is super responsive and always a fast turn around. He will do exactly what you ask and not push you to do more. In this crazy market he actually helped us get this first house we bid on. He’s a great agent. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a real estate agent, in the DC metropolitan, you should look no farther. Alan lived across the street from us, at Old Town Village. He did a magnificent job in selling my home, and advising me in what to do, specially that I was out of town. He is extremely professional and does an amazing job, in selling or buying.

I highly recommend to him for real estate transactions in DC, MD, and especially VA.
