Alan Zuckerman

Alan has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, both as a Realtor and as a developer in the Mid- Hudson Valley, Long Island, Connecticut and New Jersey. He has broad experience with national retail tenants. His current representation includes: JPM Chase, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Key Bank, Noodles, Great Expressions Dental Centers and Beacon Roofing Supplies. Other tenants that he has represented include CVS, Sears, Wendy's, Hurricane Grill and Wings, Circuit City, Weight Watchers and many others. He successfully represents landlords and developers with leasing major shopping centers, acquisition and sales, with commercial experience in retail, office, and industrial buildings.
