Alana Rencher is a proud south side native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, with a deep-rooted love for her city and a strong working knowledge of Allen County and the surrounding areas.

A Ball State University graduate (Class of 2021), Alana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences with minors in Interpersonal Relations, Social Work, and Criminal Justice & Criminology. She began her real estate journey behind the scenes in 2021, quickly gaining hands-on experience and earning her broker license in November 2022.

Today, Alana is a co-founder of Allure Realty, an all-embracing real estate brokerage built on a foundation of transparency, professionalism, and personalized service.
