I absolutely cannot say enough about our experience with Alana. My husband and I have known Alana for just over a year but it feels like we've been friends for many years. In October 2022 Alana worked tirelessly to help us sell our house of 14 years. We felt an immediate connection with her because of her kind hearted spirit and her fun loving personality. It honestly felt like Alana was a long lost friend and then when you add how extremely responsive she is, knowledgable, professional, her work ethic and her positivity even when we felt like we would never sell our house, we knew that we wanted to work with her to sell our house and after having such a great experience we knew that we wanted Alana to help us find our new home. Over a year later, we were ready to buy. During that year, Alana would periodically send texts checking in and seeing how we were doing. When we let Alana know we were ready to buy she was immediately on top of it, sending us emails with houses to look at and setting up visits. I can definitely say that buying a house was much more stressful for me than selling our house had been but having a realtor that was always there to answer questions, track down information, optimistic and positive during the stressful times and that really truly took the time to get to know us and what we liked and did not like, was absolutely priceless. We truly felt like Alana cared about us and wanted us to find our dream house. She really took the time to understand us as a family and what our needs were. This helped so much making it easier for her to narrow down what type of home would be best for us. I also loved the fact that when there was something about a house I did not like, Alana would never push us to buy it, in fact she was all about making sure we loved the house we bought and if we didn't love it she would encourage us to keep looking. If you are looking to buy or sell your house, you will not find a better, more kind, caring, honest, trustworthy, reliable, hard working and RESPONSIVE realtor than Alana Stewart. 15 years ago when we bought our first house we had another realtor and we did not have this same amazingly positive experience that we have had with Alana. I just assumed all realtors were like the one we had back then, until I met Alana and realized that you can buy or sell your house and actually have someone help you that has a fantastic personality that can make the, not always fun experience, much more pleasant.

Alana is the absolute best! We are first time home buyers and she made the process as easy as possible for us. She was always fast to respond to any question and was so incredibly friendly and welcoming during the entire process.

She has a fantastic team - her assistant Sarah was always very friendly and helpful! She is well connected and we felt taken care of by anybody she recommended, during and after the home buying process. She really takes care of everything you could think of (and even things you don't think of!)

We had been looking for a small piece of land in southern VA and found a spot we wanted. I reached out to Alana to see if she could help and she did everything she could immediately to learn how to assist us. It took us some time to be prepared to place an offer but Alana was amazing and patient and never pressured us at all. Once we were ready, she was on it, and immediately jumped into action. She made the process incredibly easy and made us feel like she was just as excited for us. She is someone who really puts her home/landowners first and we couldn't have done it without her. We will use her with any and all real estate needs in the future and recommend you do too!
