I highly recommend Alanna when looking for a realtor. After living in our home for 3 years, I had no idea which realtor to choose to help us with selling our home. My wife and I decided to go with liberty reality. It was a smart decision. Alanna was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some good tips as to the things we needed to do before putting our house on the market. Once we completed the improvements to our house as suggested, our realtor was able to get the house on the market right away. She was able to make the transition of finding us our forever home and selling our current hime the most seamless process. Within 4 days, we received an above price offer on our home. I could never that her for making the process of selling and buying our home such a easy process. Without a doubt the best realtor I've ever met. When I bought my first house I ended up doing 90% of everything buying my second house with Alanna she went above and beyond all expectation and made my buying expierence non stressful! She personally handled things other realtors wouldnt care about and was overall a wonderful person to deal with! For sure she will be my realtor on my next house as well!!
