We recently worked with Alayna Nye to purchase a home in the Raleigh, NC area. Alayna is outstanding! She is a thorough professional who knows the laws and regulations of the State and has a deep knowledge of the Raleigh real estate market. Alayna listened carefully to what we needed and presented to us only those houses that met our criteria. We do not live in NC and Alayna was willing to work with us remotely. She was incredible during the construction, inspections, and closing phases. She was our eyes and ears on the project and we could not have chosen a better person. I can’t recommend enough. Alayna went with me to countless house showings over a year and a half and wrote nearly as many offers. The market was crazy and it took me a long time to finally have an offer accepted, but throughout the entire process, Alayna was positive, encouraging and tenacious with the offers.
