Albert Pritt is the best realtor among others that I have known. He will not push some one to buy a property in order for him to get his commission, he always try to get what his client want. In my case I was in new York and wanted to buy a property in Boca, once I consider a property he would have gone to look at it first by himself to see if the said property is accordance to my criteria. He would take pictures and send them to me; not relying on the seller's pictures. In most cases he would say this is not the area you want to live or the said property is not what you looking for. He will work for his client like his close trusted friend. As per his excellent experience he will advise his client how to proceed with the purchased property and what to be done to close the purchased property the correct way. I really appreciate his help finding me a property that I wanted and I recommend him very much to be your realtor agent.

We went to Al Pritt to help us with a seasonal rental. He gave us every assistance that he could considering the limited inventory. Later on, we asked him about purchasing a house and in this venture, he came through with flying colors. He had an excellent grasp of what we were looking for and he eliminated homes which he knew we would reject outright. Our search was rewarded and we have been completely satisfied. What made our day was the fact that Al was present throughout the closing and the final walk through. His eye for detail was amazing and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to buy a home in Florida.
