He was very patient and professional with my home buying experience. I had a lot of questions and concerns about the biggest financial decision of my life. I was not knowledgeable on the best financial options that I had in buying a new home. Because he knew that I was in the Army, he steered me in the right direction into getting a VA loan without sacrificing any of my savings. The best thing that I got from him was his financial knowledge. I got an outstanding interest rate for my house. He took me to one of the best locations with newly built houses close to Fort Bliss. My house is close to Walmart, restaurants, the theater, and most importantly to work. If you tell him the location, price, and specifics that you are looking for, he will find an excellent house for you. He even took care of my loan process. He can take care of everything in a home buying experience. I am thankful that I got a home in an awesome location and that I made the best decision in financing the home through a VA loan.

We contacted Albert after our previous realtor stopped communicating as frequently with us. The realtor left us in a difficult position to where we were going to have to sign another year lease if we didn't move out before the first which happened to be in 2 weeks. Albert took note of our situation and acted quickly. Albert extended his office hours to meet our needs. He had us closed in a very affordable house within a week. Also he offered a lower interest rate than what we were given by our previous lender. Albert even hired a moving company to move my family into the new house while I was on duty. Albert maintained an open line of communication and made the process of buying our first home an enjoyable experience. Also, Albert offers property management, which is a plus for our family since we should be PCSing within a few years. Albert is very professional, friendly, and truly cares about his clients. I would recommend him to other military families.

Buying a home is a stressful process however Albert made it feel seamless. Albert is very knowledgeable and has great negotiation skills. He provided me with various options and advise me to utilize USDA and not VA and to save my VA for future use. I am happy I listen not knowing three years later we would be in the market again for another home. Albert is not only a realtor but also a loan officer, for my fellow military if you have orders to pcs Albert will also manage your home.
