I can't say enough about how helpful Al was in the whole process of selling our home. He was there every step of the way, providing guidance and finding people who could perform the necessary upgrades that were needed to expedite the sale. He recommended a selling price that was reasonable and within market value, and we had two offers within a week. Al totally removed the stress of the process by being an honorable, honest, and helpful realtor. I recommend him highly!

If you want an exceptional experience, call Al! He was absolutely the professional that we needed to sell our home and buy another one. At the start of selling our house, we were unsure if we wanted to sell and just wanted to chat with a realtor to see about the process. And the first thing I remember him saying is that we can go as fast or as slow as we would like when it came to selling our home. He gave us so much reassurance with the process, that we decided in that conversation to go ahead and sell. He was very knowledgeable on the housing market (especially in the thick of the pandemic), advised us on which improvements to make and which not to worry about, and predicted that our house would not last long on the market. And he was absolutely correct! It sold in about 4 days. From then on, he worked to make sure that we found another home perfect for us. He always made time for us in his schedule, always prompt and courteous, and very honest. He even pointed out potential issues with all of the homes that we visited for our awareness when searching for our new house. Another perk is that he knows quite a few contractors and other professionals, so making requested repairs on our sold home was simple when working with him. Al even went above and beyond for us by putting our family up in a hotel for a night when settlement was unexpectedly pushed back and we were displaced. When it comes to a realtor, he is perfection. I highly recommend him.
