Alberto is a great realtor! He was knowledgeable, willing to work with our preferences, happy to look out for upcoming listings, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He knew how tough the market was when we were looking, but wasn’t afraid of the challenge. He was so encouraging throughout the process, and found our house before we had to vacate our rental! Highly recommend!

Bert came into my home buying picture at the most perfect moment. To be honest, I had spent 6 weeks prior casually with a realtor recommended to me and I felt like I couldn't be myself in this whole process. We were lead to look at houses that just weren't us and I hated each tour. After 3 houses I was ready to give up the search all together. At work on a Friday I noticed a home on Zillow that had an open house the next day. I went with my boyfriend and 2 friends of mine that were in town just to check it out. I ended up LOVING it. Bert had been recommended by a friend that bought a home last year. I called him up that day and said 'Bert, I need your help to buy a home'. I think he was a bit shocked. I didn't need to see anything else, I just wanted to love the rest of the buying process as much as this house I saw on a whim. Bert was everything I was missing in my early searched. We laughed, joked, questioned, and more together along the way. He was a constant level head and source of advice. He understood me on a personal level and made everything feel 'right'. I cannot imagine buying my new home with anyone else because it quite honestly wouldn't have been the same. I'm so thankful for his friendship and I know he will be there for me no matter what I need. He is always just a phone call away. If you need a realtor, Bert is your guy. Trust me on this one!

Alberto and Daniel responded to every difficulty that came up and took care of everything for us. We live in another state so it would have been extremely difficult or impossible to manage had they not know what to do and how to handle everything that came up in the course of dealing with the offers we received. We were very pleased!
