Mr. Rodriguez represented me in the sale of a house in McAllen, Texas. The first thing I can say about Mr. Rodriguez is that he STAYS on top of things. He understands and keeps track of the Contract Schedule exceptionally well for example reminders for escrow deposits and closing schedule date. He is a very polished and open communicator and will keep you abreast of the movement of the Title company process as well. I am also a realtor in another part of Texas so I know the requirements to adequately serve a client whether a Buyer or a Seller. Our closing went very well and on Schedule! I would use Mr. Rodriguez again.
