When we found a beautiful home to put an offer in, Frank managed to get it at the price we felt comfortable offering, even though it felt like a long shot. We were thrilled, but still decided to take one last peek around and then it happened; we found the one! A dream home that checked all the boxes. There were just two problems, it was out of our budget and we were under contract on the first house. However, while under contract, we discovered structural issues once the home inspection was made. With a newborn on the way and a little one in toddler phase, safety became our priority, but walking away felt risky. We feared losing our shot at a home with more space and at a fair price.

That’s when Frank pulled off what felt like the impossible! He navigated our exit from the first contract and then achieved the unbelievable, he secured our dream home and for under asking price! It was within the budget we were given from our lender, and I just couldn’t believe he was able to make it happen! He fought tirelessly for us, as that was not small drop in price. He demonstrated master negotiation skills, expertise in his field and sincere investment in our family’s well-being throughout this entire journey. Most importantly, he gave us peace of mind.

On top of all that, he also did something for my family at a more personal level that we will forever be grateful for!

And that’s not to mention that he helped us find the perfect tenants for the condo that we kept so that we could start our real estate portfolio. I don't really remember who gave me the number of the reactor Linnette Gonzalez but I thought about using the reactor of the construction company and it was the worst, they forfeited my credit several times I used a total of 3 reactors in that area my credit went down a lot they told me I couldn't because I didn't live in the Palm Bay area because I lived in Miami, that I couldn't buy because I needed another person to buy with me (because I wanted to buy my house alone) and more excuses already without enthusiasm and decided not to buy anything. Liannette Gonzales calls me and asks me if I am already decided to give her a chance and I swear without enthusiasm I told her my whole story in detail so that she would tell me you can't but she told me ok I will make an appointment with my team and I met on November 1st more or less and I swear to god on November 19th I was already closing the contract on my house with keys in hand I was afraid It was so fast for me, she and her team are the best, that's why when they ask me about a good reactor I say Linnette Gonzalez, try her because if I had gone with her from the beginning I wouldn't have gone through all the bad things I went through, thank you very much to her and my 2nd home will be with her. Just closed on a home yesterday. I did not think it would happen as scheduled as we hit some roadblocks, one just hours before we were to close. I have to give credit to Linnette Colon Gonzalez and team for their guidance, active and timely communication and knowledge. For example, I had a nice perk with a big bank but due to a structural condition of the property which I was fully aware of when I bid for it, the bank advised they could not move forward and offered no options that I could act on. That’s when I contacted Linnette, she stepped in and said don’t worry we have a few options. Ask the bank for an escrow holdback for repairs, if that doesn’t work I can connect you with other lenders who can save this deal, note: at this point we were already in contract. Linnette saved the day. I went to Linnette for so many things and each time she and her team were there offering timely advise and actively stepping in to make things happen. Brittany George helped me through the process of buying my first home. Brittany knew the area of Pembroke Pines very well, which is my desired area to live. We toured homes that matched my criteria and she made sure that they were qualified for my “budget” with my lender. Once I found the house I wanted to call home she immediately had an offer ready for me in less than 15 minutes and presented it. Lucky, our offer got accepted. The next steps, I was unaware what will happen, but when she provided a timeline tracker so I can follow my contract thoroughly and meet the contractual dates made the whole process of buying my first home like a breeze.

Brittany is the most patient person I know and she is completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different. This isn’t her first rodeo and understand what her buyers go through. She was always available for my questions.

Throughout the whole process I felt like Brittany had my back and in each and every step. I felt like Brittany knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident she wasn’t going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time.

WOW, STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE BEST REALTOR, what a rollercoaster! I had stumbled across Frank J. Corominas and the AVHomeExperts at KW by luck, I was originally listed with another agent which I had to part ways for various complications. In the midst of everything falling apart, Frank and company stepped up to bat, they had an amazing team that included Albert, assistants like Adrian, etc. and awesome seller representation in Munar Law. I was more than 5 hours aways since moving from Miami, FL but it felt like I was there in my home with the constant updates from a statistical aspect and actual boots on ground when Frank would show up to the property to continue maintenance since it was unoccupied for months prior. I worked with Mark Cintron on a home sale while being a Power of Attorney for a family member. The circumstances were difficult, I am in Atlanta and found Mark online. Mark did everything, went WAY beyond expectations as I didn’t just need him to sell the property but to take care of so many personal needs at the home due to our inability to be there. We discovered several “tickets” by Miami Dade on the property and Mark went to work on getting them removed BEFORE I even agreed to hire him. Due to the current market rates we decided to refinance our home and take advantage of the lower rates. In the process of doing so we got flooded with dead end ads and countless lenders trying to sending things but never following through. It became super frustrating. Living in Ohio, we weren’t really sure if she could help but we reached at to Brittany at Keller Williams because she had helped us in the past find a reliable realtor when we first bought our home 7 years ago. Immediately she answered and jumped right into trying to help us find the right lender, being in Florida, she didn’t even have to do this but if it tells you anything about the level of customer satisfaction you would receive by choosing Brittany and her team, she had us hooked up with a great lender by the end of the business day and we were able to begin the process of refinancing immediately! They're 2 words that describes Brittany George, "The Best!" I've used her for the purchase and the sell of a property and also to find a rental property. My husband and I had made the decision that we wanted to sell our house in Miramar, FL and move to the west coast in early February 2020 so we interviewed several realtors that had sold homes in our neighborhood. From the first meeting we had a good feeling about Albert Vasquez. He then followed up our meeting with a video and a Plan for selling our home. It did not take us long to decide to go with Albert and his team. Shortly after we made our decision COVID really started to surge and everything started shutting down, however Albert did not miss a beat. He had his photographer and videographer create amazing pictures, virtual tour and video that showcased our home. He marketed our home, and even hosted a virtual Open House because real Open houses were no longer really a good idea. Within two weeks of us putting our house on the market, we had a full ask offer that we accepted. The amazing team inside his office and his network of professionals helped us navigate through the entire process from negotiations to closing. They answered all of our questions, calmed any concerns we had and really made the entire process an effortless experience. This was not the first house I have sold but I can tell you it was definitely the one with the least amount of stress, which is amazing considering the current situation. We closed in 45 days. I could not thank them enough which is why this review is my way of thanking all of them. I have already recommended Albert to all of my old neighbors that expressed interest in selling their homes and believe me you will not go wrong choosing Albert and the AV Home Experts Group!!

My husband and I hired Alberto Vasquez as our realtor to sell our home.  We were not aware when we hired him that we were hiring probably the best realtor in south Florida.  This was our first home and it was hard to part from it.  Albert made this process as smooth and easy as possible.  His knowledge and expertise in the area of real estate is unmatched.  Albert took it upon himself to sit down with us and explain all our options when selling our home, as opposed to just telling us what to list at or having us list at some ridiculous price.  He had clearly prepared and done research of the area prior to sitting down with us.  He hired a professional photographer to take panoramic pictures and staged our home without asking us for a penny.  He then sent out flyers with all the information to the surrounding neighborhoods and even included a virtual tour on the link. This resulted in numerous offers pouring in almost instantly and our home being sold the day of the open house for above asking price.  Our home was actually the highest sale in the community.  Cannot say enough about Alberto Vasquez.  We were so impressed that we hired him as our realtor to purchase our new home where he once again worked his magic.  Highly recommend him.  Give him a call and see for yourself.

My husband and I met Albert almost three years ago online.  We were looking to purchase our first home and we were shopping around.  Albert was the listing agent for one the homes we were looking into.  He was very nice he showed us the house and then asked why were weren't using realtor.  After  educating us on the process of home buying.  We were so happy with Albert knowledge about the housing market and all aspects of purchasing a home that we hired him as our realtor.  After looking at tons of houses and having some credit issues.  We finally put an offer on a house.  The stress was unbelievable.  But Albert was very sure that we would get our house.  (There were multiple offers on the table) by the beginning of the next week.  Albert said to me the words I've had been dying to hear for the last three years.  "Congratulations your offer has been accepted" Obviously the work wasn't' done there.  He helped me with the inspections, title agents and attorneys. In the end he helped me save money and get the house of my dreams.   Where some realtors would've given up on my husband and myself, Albert didn't.  Even though it took us 3 years to get it all together. I really appreciate everything he did for us.  And I am so happy with his services. I would recommend him to everyone that I know.
