Years ago, Aldo and I met and worked together in the service industry while we were both studying for our respective futures. Eventually and unknowingly, those actions brought us together again in the real estate market. This time, not as co-workers, but as broker/client.

I have worked with Aldo on two deals thus far, both deals as the seller. He possesses a skill set that few others have in the market. Aside from vast experience in service, his subsequent transition to the lending industry in incrementally responsible roles allows him a perspective that flows through his communication with his clients.

Weaving together his experience, there are some key points I’d like to highlight.
1) Aldo has a service level that surpasses the status quo because he knows what true service means.
2) He will listen to your goals, addresses concerns and questions and communicates in a manner that you feel understood.
3) Aldo will give you a level of insight that others simply don’t have unless they have a similar trajectory He is acutely aware of the ways deals are closed. He follows up with the parties involved in the transaction because he knows the timeline the actions should follow. When things appear to delay, he asks the necessary questions and follows up accordingly on your behalf keeping everyone in line and on track.

Today, we closed a deal, during the pandemic, in two different states before year-end as I’d hoped.
