Alejandro honestly believes that his first experience with real estate started as early as my childhood. His father, because of his job situation, had to relocate very often. Long story short, in a period of fifteen years they lived in twenty-three homes! Twenty-three moves, twenty-three neighborhoods, twenty-three new group of friends and classmates. At the beginning it was a bit stressful and inconvenient as you can imagine, however as time went by, we adjusted, and it became a fun and exciting experience. As a kid he became the home stager, he would advise my parents about the placement of the furniture for better use of space, and he became super-efficient in packing and getting things ready for the move. He feels that experience has helped me to understand that every situation for his client is unique. his job is to tailor the approach to every client’s specific needs.
