Alex is very knowledgeable about real estate business in the area. He was our agent when we bought a house and was able to answer all the questions. He assisted us with finding a house, gave us all information about Northern Virginia areas that are more or less competitive and prepared us for what we should expect when submitting an offer. He also is very knowledgeable about closing process, closing inspections and financing. He recommended few mortgage companies and we picked one from his recommendations.

We were referred to Alex by one of my coworkers 3 years ago, he helped us find a home in the area we wanted and was very knowledgeable about contracts, closing cost, and there home buying process a s a whole. Over the 3 year period, Alex has visited our home to play ping pong with me, as well as invited us to winery events, and other great events pre-Covid.

Recently, we had to relocate to Texas and once again called Alex for his expertise. Working together, our house sold the first day, and Alex took the time that night to go through all 5 offers explaining each one's potential for what we needed. We ended up selling the first night and closed 30 days later!!

As a first-time home buyer in Arlington, VA we absolutely had no knowledge of what the process was, nor where to put more concentration in order to find the best match. I had had problems getting financing for the mortgages before I met him.
