Working wit Alena was nothing but a pleasure. From the moment we met for the first time to discuss a possibility of listing my apartment to the day we closed, Alena was there as my partner to support me in the project. Alena and her group were wonderful to work with! She was honest, gave accurate opinions and guidance, responsive, and beautifully staged our home to be sold. She has a great social media presence and marketed our home effectively.

Everything went smoothly, and couldn't have asked for more from an agent. She came from a recommendation from another friend, and I would not hesitate to endorse her to others, also!

We were lucky to have met Alena years ago when searching for our second home. Since that time we have worked with her to buy, sell and rent a home. In all of these capacities, I can say without reservation that Alena is an exceptional realtor who has always exceeded our expectations. First, while we didn’t wind up purchasing the house she listed, Alena patiently visited with us what seemed like a million houses till we found the right one. Many realtors just want to make a quick commission and we loved that Alena was truly invested in helping us find our perfect home. She never complained or showed any exasperation during our long search. When we found the perfect house, she skillfully negotiated with the sellers on our behalf and was the reason the deal went though despite some rocky moments. Second, as the listing agent of our first home, she gave her full attention to marketing details, creating a beautiful professional brochure and accurately pricing our home which generated great interest from day one. Finally, as a rental agent Alena has been instrumental in getting us the best rent for our place. She made suggestions for improvements and has an amazing knack for design. Unlike other agents who are either too pushy or too vague, Alena will give you her direct and honest opinion about how to get top dollar for your home but always in a respectful and friendly way. In short, if a family member or close friend asked me to recommend someone to help them buy, sell or rent their place, I would wholeheartedly recommend Alena!

Alena has been my go-to person for all my real-estate questions and needs. She helped me find a rental property when I moved to New Jersey. She helped me with the purchase of my first property 6 years ago and then its subsequent sale very recently in Nov of 2021. From my interactions with her over the years I always known her to be a client-first person. She has always been attentive to our concerns and went over and beyond what is required to make us feel comfortable with the daunting task of buying or selling a property. At definitive points during the sale of my property she has stepped up to alleviate concerns and guide us in the right direction. She has always negotiated the best deals for us at all times.
