As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NJ & NY, Aletha has prided herself with keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest trends and movements in the real estate market in both states. After working in property management as a Leasing Agent with two of Equity Residential rental properties in Jersey City, Aletha decided to get her real estate license. She is very astute when it comes to listening to the needs of her clients, and thorough when explaining the market so they are equipped to make a confident decision. “I pride myself on being open, honest and communicative with my clients, as well as attentiveness and support during one of the most major financial undertakings of their lives. Her professional background prior to real estate involved 15+ years in marketing as a freelance Brand Ambassador for several clients in NY and NJ. Her experience in the worlds of marketing, sales and retail has been extremely valuable.

As a true Aquarius, Aletha loves to try new things, from restaurants to local music shows and neighborhood events throughout cities in NJ & NY. She adores her Bichon Frise dog, and enjoys trying new restaurants, music shows, and volunteer work in her spare time.
