As a Baltimore native, she is able to provide a unique, honest perspective into historical trends, neighborhood insights, and market strategies to prepare each client for all of their real estate needs.
Alethea has been recognized in the region for the quality of her work, as well as her ability to get deals done. As a million dollar sales producer, she has found success in high-dollar real estate properties but that's not her only focus. Alethea loves preparing personalized plans of action for her 1st time buyers as well as using her experience with new construction homes to get every detail exactly as desired.
