Alex Archer with The Gerdes Team of Long & Foster Real Estate is the absolute best! My mother wanted to sell her home on the Eastern Shore and tried for 3 months with another company during the height of the recent selling boom. She never got an offer. She felt disrespected by the realtor, and she didn’t feel like anyone was listening. Disgusted, she didn’t renew the contract and took the house off the market. A few days later, Alex reached out, and we are so thankful he did. Alex knew he could sell my mom’s house, and he did everything possible to make her feel comfortable signing on to sell again. He listened to her concerns and did all he could to assure her that he wouldn’t let her down. Alex took his time to do his research and figure out the best way to show and sell her home. He was with our family every step of the way, calling frequently with updates and feedback after every showing. Less than 8 weeks after the signs went up, she had an offer over asking price! And the support didn’t stop once the contract was signed. He brought my mom boxes and packing supplies, called and texted us updates on all the inspections, gave us referrals for junk removal and moving companies, and even offered to help load the truck on moving day! The day after she moved, my mom had to be hospitalized, and Alex checked in every day for updates. When she came home, he immediately came to visit and brought us all a little gift. I have never known a real estate agent to do so much for one family. Alex is amazing, and we are lucky he came into our lives.

Alex is by far the the best real estate agent I have worked with. His knowledge of Easton and the surrounding markets sets him apart from the rest. He is driven, professional, and has his finger on the pulse of all things Eastern Shore. I wouldn't buy or sell my house without Alex, and I HIGHLY recommend you to do the same!
