I found Alex through Dave Ramsey's ELP program and had faith before really working with him that he would do a great job selling my home. It was a process I had never been through so Alex patiently answered my questions and gave his recommendations along the way. Ultimately, the house sold for much more than I would have thought possible with very few hitches. His advice allowed for maximum profitability at the highest integrity and professionalism possible, something that is not a given with every realtor out there. I wish he could have helped me purchase my home in Florida because that experience was quite the opposite of my selling experience with Alex Bonds.

Alex made the difficult task of selling my mother’s home after her passing as easy as possible. I found him on Dave Ramsey’s list of Endorsed Local Providers and he exceeded my expectations. He responded immediately and gave me clear guidance, was available for my questions, and always had an understanding, positive attitude. He sold the property (a cash/as-is sale) in less than 30 days! I recommend him and his team highly!
