With 12 years in the corporate environment as an Industrial Engineer I had the unique opportunity to bring a special set of skills to the real estate industry. Knowledge of systems, tools and processes allowed me to run several successful ventures in the real estate field. Now with over 13 years experience in real estate sales, brokerage, property management and property disposition in Cobb, Bartow, Floyd, Polk, Paulding, Cherokee, and Gordon counties, we are poised to handle significantly more sales volume. Averaging over 100+ homes sold per year for the last several years we pride ourselves in offering platinum-level real estate services while maintaining solid relationships with key clients such as Hometelos, Ofori and Executive Asset Management. I am fully seasoned and efficient with all components of Real Estate Owned property disposition and management. My production ranks in the top 5% of my marketplace consistently and I'm recognized by my local Board of Realtors as a top producer. My history in real estate includes brokering the number one real estate company in my marketplace with 127 agents and averaging 90 transactions per month.
