About Alex

Alex studied Geography at UCLA and spent some time living in Los Angeles following his degree completion. Prior to getting into his career in Real Estate (Licensed in 2015), Alex worked in home performance for a couple of years and was on track to become a certified Building Performance Analyst by the Building Performance Institute (BPI). Alex merges his education in spatial analytics, building performance, and small business administration and marketing, to the benefit of our clients. Just like his mom Shelley, Alex closely monitors market statistics and conditions and works daily to be a great Listing Agent. He is a self-described analytical who loves to dig into the data, help his clients understand the numbers, and strategize how to best capitalize on the market conditions to best meet their goals. He can be found taking a listing from start to finish for one of his personal clients or working in a Utility role to help manage projects and get Bridge Team listings to the finish line.

Alex prides himself on being an exceptional Buyer’s Agent for his clients, and his track record shows it. Whether it takes looking at 10 homes, or 100 homes, he loves the challenge of helping clients identify and secure the “right one” for their unique set of circumstances. Alex helps his clients navigate the details of the home-buying process from start to finish and will be around to help them strategize the best time to buy and/or sell in the future. Alex is focused on the details and loves to help our clients help achieve their real estate goals.

Alex was born and raised in Denver. You may find him spending his free time with friends, family, and with his wife Alex and daughter Zenaida. They’re often out walking their dog, Mario, enjoying a local establishment, rooting for local sports teams, playing soccer with friends, and taking in the local music scene.
