Alex developed his sales, marketing, advertising, and negotiating skills having sold advertising space to New York City advertising agencies and corporate America for nearly 20 years prior to becoming an investor of real estate. Alex first "cut his teeth" in real estate by renovating and selling half-million dollar homes on the beaches of North Carolina and Lake Erie.

Alex just loves to sell! He often provides consulting services for free to his clients that involve recommendations for repairs and renovations to enhance the net return on the sale of their properties and also to expedite the sales process. Alex likes to say, he is the "Property Brothers" with-out having a brother. Alex now manages the Brecksville office of Russell Real Estate and lists and sells.
