We can’t begin to thank Alex DeFrancisci enough for helping us find our Florida home in The Villages. He showed us about six homes and he thoroughly answered all our questions. He helped us with his experience of Florida homes verses the New England homes. Being from New Hampshire, there was a lot we didn’t realize and with his honest evaluations we were able to find just the right home for us.. He also by kept us updated throughout the process of the sale and also what The Villages has to offer us, such as: activities, golf, bocce, restaurants, Courses & classes, theatre, and etc.. we are forever grateful for his patience, guidance, and friendship!! I am so happy to see Alex DeFrancisci join the Connie Mayan Real estate group. Alex had helped my husband and I find the perfect home in The Villages to eventually retire to. He was amazing working with us from another state and making the time to pick us up at our hotel to show us around The Villages. He was able to show us the different town squares recreational centers and the fun things that we would be able to do while living down there. Alex took the time to send us multiple emails with new houses that were becoming available that hit all our marks and it was because of his dedication to his clients that we were able to find our dream home. But not only did we find an amazing real estate agent in Alex we also found a new life long friend.
