I could not have had a better experience purchasing a home with Alex. He was a God send for me and my family. We had been looking for a home for 4+ months with no luck. Alex has been a great asset from the purchase of my first new home in 2006 through the sale in 2020 and a purchase of another in 2019. He is very insightful, patient, and a great counsel. He did several researches based on my family request. He identified potential properties that fitted our family well helping us see many alternatives before purchasing. He even followed up with me to ensure to refinance my home when the rates came down. Alex also called to remind me to prepare my garden faucet for winter. I have recommended his service for many and all have great feedback.

He is forthcoming about any issues he sees on the homes and will explain to you the reason why it is not a good property.
