Alex Gastevich

Alex is a native of Lincoln Park and has held his real estate license since 2014. He employs a multifaceted approach to delivering the best service to his clients by combining a deep understanding of the financial markets as well as the macro and micro factors that drive the real estate market. Alex originally obtained his real estate license in order to help facilitate the acquisition of multifamily properties for a family-owned investment company. Over time, friends and colleagues approached him for help wanting someone with a first-hand knowledge of the ever-changing Chicago real estate landscape. Alex’s goal is to continue to provide the best service for his clients while being a resource for every aspect of their real estate objectives.
