I've worked with Alex for over 7 years in managing, and ultimately selling my rental property. Alex is honest, reliable, and knowledgeable in his field. He was able to find high quality tenants consistently, address repair items promptly, and accurately assess the rental market. When it came to time to sell, he was very attentive, understood the market, and could be trusted to resolve issues and bring them to conclusion. He has a perfect balance of communication; he communicates regularly, specifically, imparts knowledge, and handles details, but does not overstep the owner's authority. Alex has integrity and skill, and would definitely be my top choice for any additional real estate assistance I require in his market in the future. True professionals with significant competence combined with trustworthiness, and reliability are hard to find, but Alex is one of them. It is very rare for me to write reviews of any kind, and I only do so in exceptional circumstances. I'm very pleased with the outcomes I've had over these 7 years working with Alex, am grateful for his assistance, and highly recommend him to others.
