Alex Haidar

Alex Haidar is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate, construction, and asset management. As Founder and CEO of Skyline Realty, he leads a multidisciplinary team providing property management, brokerage, general contracting, and development services across Greater Boston.

Since founding Skyline Realty in 1999, Alex has overseen the management of over 2,500 residential units, the marketing and sale of more than 1,800 properties, and the completion of over 700 design and construction projects. His leadership is defined by strategic execution, operational efficiency, and a commitment to long-term value creation.

A licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Alex brings deep expertise in construction oversight, property performance, capital planning, landlord-tenant law, condominium governance, insurance, budgeting, and compliance. His advisory role extends across the full lifecycle of real estate ownership—from investment analysis and renovation planning to leasing and disposition.

With a diverse educational background in aviation, computer science, and business, and professional training in project and construction management, Alex combines analytical rigor with hands-on experience. He is known for solving complex problems, managing risk, and working seamlessly with legal, financial, and technical professionals.

Today, Alex continues to drive Skyline Realty’s growth while actively leading new development and investment initiatives.
