Following this success, he orchestrated the landmark transition of Berkshire Hathaway Maui Properties, marking the inception of the first Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Hawai’i.
Under his guidance, Berkshire Hathaway Maui/Hawai’i Island Properties has flourished, expanding its reach from Maui to encompass all major Hawaiian islands. With approximately 60 dedicated agents and a stellar track record of billions in closed sales and thousands of transactions, Alex has propelled the brokerage to unparalleled heights.
Not content with conventional success, Alex has played a pivotal role in bolstering the property management divisions, overseeing the seamless management of nearly 200 units, further cementing Berkshire Hathaway's position as a market leader.
