There are very few agents in the real estate agents I would ever trust. My experience with Alex really made me feel at ease when View homes. I was able to give a bunch of information on different homes and amenities I would like in my future home as well as a specific budget to work with. Not only was this not a hard sales agent there was the guidance and the assurance that the deals or showing were a no pressure situation. I’m very happy with the overall hard work and dedication Alex showed me and my spouse. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured when I was showed homes to purchase right away which is a huge plus. I would recommend his service and help with home buying anytime. Especially to friends and family in the market. I felt even happier to know that not only did I get the home of my dreams but at a very affordable price. Thanks again Alex.

My mom was referred to Alex by her coworker a while ago. After her divorce was finalized she finally decided she wanted her own home and since she will never leave San Diego she decide she would give Alex a call and try to figure out the process. He asked for specifics and when she let him know, it only took him short of 2 to 3 days to get back with her in regards to some great properties my mother would have in mind. I appreciate how thorough and laid out he is in the entire process to close. Not to forceful but also wont allow you to day dream, he wants you in a suitable home as much as the buyer. Also, he is ALWAYS available that was a big thing because of my moms crazy work schedule but never posed an issue for either party. Ant to say than you and when I buy my home I know I will be using him as well!

Real Estate Agents always remind me of Car Salesmen. I'm always having to do my all nighter homework and research projects before trusting my investment in the hands of others however with Alex, I was stunned at how down to earth he was, and a realist with a sprinkle of optimism ontop. It's people who are genuine in their care and love for humanity that experience success as a way of life rather then an achievement. Alex is authentic and kind. He is confident and knows his stuff. Your best interest is his best interest and that's where it counts. So 5 out of 5 stars is an understatement. This man helped my family and I find our niche in the world, our sanctuary....our home. Go for it folks! You'll be greatful you did.

My family had just moved to San Diego from Maryland and we were subleasing short term and was having trouble finding a permanent place to live. A coworker of mine referred me to Alex Kybal with RE/MAX. After meeting with Alex we knew he was our guy. He was extremely friendly and understanding and he was also very organized. Alex was always available and responded to emails and phone calls fast and worked with us to find a place in our price range and also find a place that had everything we wanted. When we hired him he lifted 1000 pounds of stress off my mothers shoulders and found us a lovely new home in Mira Mesa. I would recommend Alex Kybal to anyone!

Finding a new home is never easy but Alex truly went above and beyond and made the experience an enjoyable one. This should be THE first and last stop every buyer/seller in San Diego. Me and my wife started down our home buying journey 8 months ago and kept feeling like we were getting takin advantage of. We had multiple inspections done for potential properties and every time there were undisclosed issues with the houses. I don't know if it's just San Diego but everywhere we turned there were headaches and hassles. When we finally made our way to Alex Kybal our whole experience changed, we found our perfect home and left all the hassle to the professionals. Take my advice, use them, and enjoy!

We were in the market to buy our dream home and I was referred to Alex Kybal with RE/MAX by a friend of mine. We met with Alex to go over what we were looking for in our dream home. I handed him my list of “must haves” and I wasn’t a short list either. Alex told us to give him a few days to get some homes for us to look at! He called me on the 3td day and had 4 homes for us to look at. Alex did such a terrific job on locating the homes they were very unique, it was hard to decide which one to put an offer on. We are happy to announce we move in on the 30th of July. lex made it such a smooth process I never worried about anything. Thank you Alex for all your hard work.

Alex was referred to me by a friend when I was in the market to buy a condo in San Diego. Alex's expertise and help has been heaven sent. I went to Alex @ RE/MAX Pacific Property Manager because I wanted to sell my home. He was very friendly, honest and helpful. He gave me some tips on what I can do to up the amount in my home by telling me things I can or should improve for better results. I can tell that Alex was not just about his job or commission, he really cared about helping me sell my home. I would recommend Aex to anyone. He really helped me and I appreciate it very much.

I'm a born and raised San Diego resident and I still have no idea what I would do without the help of Alex Kybal. Alex made the process so easy and stress free for both my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend is constantly out of town for work trips and a lot of the responsibility fell onto me with picking out a place. I knew I was interested in North County and was particularly interested in a couple of Alex's homes in the Cardiff and Del Mar locations. He walked us through every step of the way and he's really centrally located off of Morena and Napier so he's convenient to meet with from any part of San Diego.

He was professional and considerate of our wishes and what we were picky of in a home without making us feel lost at all. I have several friends and coworkers looking at purchasing a home in the upcoming months and I could not recommend Alex at REMAX enough- he made this the most enjoyable and least complicated experience that everyone should have when making such a big decision, such as a home. Too bad there's only 5 stars because we would give Alex 10 stars for the great job he did selling our home recently. Alex got right to work and in the first weekend got us 2 offers. His professionalism, easy going character and knowledge of the real estate market made us feel like we were in good hands right from the beginning. Alex immediately started giving us tips on how to prepare the home for showing and when we were ready he brought in a professional photographer who took spectacular pictures. Thanks again Alex.
