When we started the process of buying our first home, we were clueless. We met Alex LaRosa at an open house and he gave us his card. Calling him to be our agent was the best decision we ever made. From answering all of our uneducated questions, to holding our hands through every showing, Alex is patient, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. He answered calls, emails and texts in a timely fashion and knew who you ask when he didn’t know the answer to something. Alex spent 9 months finding us everything on our wish list and even wrote an offer on Christmas morning to ensure we nabbed our dream home. Alex went above and beyond for the sale of our first home and for the purchase of our new home. Alex did his homework in requards to the market analysis of our home to make sure we listed the home for the proper amount and the house had an offer day 1 and sold within the first week listed !! Alex made sure that everything was as easy and convenient for us as possible as we had a new baby and two large dogs in our home. He went out of his way to make sure selling and buying a home did not interrupt our life! Alex has years of experience in the financial area of real estate which was also a huge asset! We used Alex LaRosa to sell our home in Milford,CT and I could not stress how attentive and professional he was throughout this entire process. My husband and I were reluctant when finding an agent due to a past experience but we met with Alex in January to begin our search in finding our forever home. Immediately meeting him, he was personable, professional and knowledgeable and most of all attentive to our questions. When it was time to list our home he spend hours with us going over questions we had, length of time on market, and provided tons of information of comps in the area. His market analysis was impeccable and spot on! Alex made the process incredibly easy and took the extra steps that we appreciated to help sell our home. He provided staging tips and professional photos. When we saw our listing online we were blown away with the detail inside our home that made us fall in love it all over again. He paid attention to every detail so on lookers would get the feel of our home through his words and pictures. We had an open house the following weekend with an offer on the table that very evening and within our asking price as well. Alex walked us through every step and we couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Alex at Calcagni Real Estate to everyone I know. He is a true professional and genuinely a nice guy. He really helped take the stress away and I believe you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor. Lucky for us he is also representing us on our buy side as well so we have him for a little longer too!!
