He specializes in reducing complexities and eliminating uncertainty along the way and has done so during a number of unstable markets, including the recessions of the 1990s and early 2000s, 9/11, the Great Recession of 2008, and most recently, COVID-19.

In his free time, Alex loves spending time with his wife, Denise, and their four children, who are all a vital part of the team at Guide Real Estate. Together, they enjoy a variety of activities such as riding motorcycles, racing, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, skiing, and giving back to the community by supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank and other local organizations.
