Having no personal knowledge of Alex , as I was in another state, I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and even more so, the hard work he put in on getting this transaction completed. Alex did a great job listing and selling my home for me. From the beginning of the process, he was on top of things. He had great ideas on staging my townhouse especially not putting it on the market before it was ready. He had great suggestions for contractors who were very prompt in coming out and doing the necessary repairs. By following Alex's advice on preparing the place as well as his overall marketing plan, we had it under contract in 2 days at asking price. He skillfully negotiated on my behalf when presented with the repair list after the inspection. I would highly recommend Alex if you want an agent who really cares about doing the best for his client.
