Alex is an amazing agent. She first helped me with my home purchase in downtown Chicago. I had no clue what kind of home I wanted and she was so patient and attentive in the way she showed me different styles of building, interior design, price-level etc. She took the time and effort to make sure that she was available whenever needed. We looked at two dozen properties and eventually signed a purchase agreement within two weeks of starting our search. I know for sure that there was no way we could have gotten our dream condo if not for her help. I have worked with other real estate agents previously and this experience has been infinitely better!

December 2021 Update - I have just signed a contract to sell the above-mentioned condo with Alex Neri again. She was able to help me find a buyer in just a couple of weeks!

What struck me about Alex was how experienced she was about the Chicago market! As we drive through the streets, she gave us a historical perspective on the streets, buildings and neighborhoods. Since my family had just moved into Chicago, we really gained a deeper understanding of the city after spending more time with Alex. Know the recent developments and upcoming changes in the city helped us to understand what affects property value here.

She is also very meticulous and organized, labeling and noting everything that we see. Finding a home in a new city was overwhelming and I couldn't have even remembered some of the properties, how they looked like, or even whether I liked them or not etc. If not for her detailed notes and good memory, we would have felt all so lost! She is also a very good negotiator. She took care of all the back and forth with the seller and seller's agent and eventually got us the exact price we wanted. Could not have been happier with the quick and easy buying experience!

You will be missing out if you do not talk to Alex when buying a home in Chicago HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
