Carrie and I had a great experience working with Alex to find our second home in Southwest Florida. Alex understood exactly what we were looking for after our introductory phone call and explained all the nuances of the different communities in our price range. When we flew in he met us at the airport and we were able to see several properties that we liked the first day.
Our situation was competitive and Alex helped us to properly structure our offer so that it was appealing to the seller. Once contracts were signed he made sure the closing process was stress free and efficient. Alex is a true professional with extensive knowledge of the Southwest Florida market and I highly recommend him to all my friends and clients.
