We recently sold our condo and bought a new townhouse. Alex Rice was our realtor and did a fantastic job. Not only is Alex personable and professional, he takes a vested interest in us having a positive experience. We thought the process would be stressful at times but Alex showed us great patience and took time with us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions making us feel comfortable in the entire sell and buy experience. He made us feel like we were his only clients. We highly recommend Alex for a great experience in a time for important decisions. He really does go above and beyond!

Being first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I didn't know right from left. Alex made sure we felt comfortable and informed the entire time. If we were confused, he explained. If we had questions, he answered. He had patience through our indecisiveness and knowing what we want. In the end, we found our first place in an ideal location and within budget. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless! You can't go wrong using Alex as your agent!

My experience with Alex as my agent has been nothing but exceptional through this very stressful time of being a first time home buyer! He started with making sure he understood all of my wants and needs in a home, and made sure along the way he answered all of my many questions throughout the process! Towards the end of the process he was there every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smooth! Alex is undoubtedly the best agent I have met and I have never heard of anyone receiving the level of service he provides. Not only is he extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in every aspect of his line of work, he truly cares for each of his clients and always has your best interest as #1 in his mind. Alex was phenomenal to work with, He really did care about finding me an ideal property that was within my budget. I vividly remember messaging him at 11 pm on a Friday night because a property I loved popped up onto the market and he had me in there the very next morning, bright and early, to view it. If he had other clients at the same time as me (he did) you couldn’t tell because he made it a priority to make sure I saw every property I was interested in! He also came up with a strategic offer that was competitive and also still within my budget that got me into the property I wanted! He was honest, offered great advice and made my first time home buying experience a positive one! Thank you Alex!

Where do I even begin with Alex? Our experience was none other than spectacular. We were so worried and nervous about the home buying process, but Alex made it such a smooth, simple, easy process. When we had doubts and fears, Alex was right there answering questions, proving direction and advice for what he thought was best for us. This lead us to finding the absolute perfect home in a crazy market that was definitely not in our favor. Don’t even get me started with all the miles Alex put in helping us find a home. Living almost an hour away from us, he we would send him homes that he wanted to see and he would try his absolute hardest to get us in the same day or next day. Alex is top notch and we will recommend him over and over to everyone and anyone looking for a home. I would trust no one else with my home buying experience.

Wanted to say how amazing it has been working with Alex Rice. Both my son and I recently moved to Denver and started renting so that we could have time to look at property in the area. We met Alex Rice and both ended up buying amazing properties with his help.
Alex is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgable about the Denver area, and was truly a partner when it came to being on this journey of finding our new homes.

I’ve been through the buying and selling process quite a few times, so believe me when I say it makes all the difference to have such a great partner in your realtor— Alex showed us lots of neighborhoods, lots of properties, recommended some great people (a variety of lenders to choose from as well as inspectors and others), but didn’t push anyone on us and really helped us make good, sound decisions. Alex is calm, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and especially went the extra mile to help figure things out and keep things moving. He negotiated some great things for us (like credits for certain things from the builder and seller as well as loan discounts). Both of our homes appraised for more than what we bought them for (a first for me!)

I’ve have experienced other realtors who just weren’t that good or trustworthy (and there are SO many realtors out there), so both my son and I feel so fortunate to have found Alex. It’s so amazing to find someone so competent and really wanting to make our experience as painless as possible — and patient enough to help us find homes that were just perfect for each of us! He was so supportive and it was comforting to know I had someone who knew the area, had the connections, and kept checking in along the way.

You don’t want to put one of the largest investments you might make in your life in the wrong hands — and so if you are looking for someone to partner with you to find the place you are dreaming of, Alex is your guy. I can’t thank him enough for first taking my son through the whole process on his first ever home, and then for me to find a place that is perfect for my stage of my life.

Alex was such a blessing in disguise for me. I am a first time home buyer. I was looking for a home in Denver CO and honestly I never thought I would find something in this market. He was such an amazing person to work with. He was very up front on how things would work out, he knew the market like the back of his hand and always encouraged me if our offer didn’t get accepted. I only put in 3 offers in total including my, now, house. He worked through every detail and explained everything to me, and as you could imagine with me being a first time home buyer, was a lot of information. He was incredibly flexible with scheduling houses for me to look at and finding different areas that we could have a better chance in. He works so well negotiating with the different sellers on all of the properties that we viewed, I honestly don’t think I could have done this without him, I hope to work with him in the future.
