Alex was the absolute best. I can’t even begin to tell you how many houses he patiently showed us, working around our crazy schedules, sometimes with our six kids in tow. He helped us find the dream house and he helped make the deal work. He was so responsive and kind, and is actually a realtor who is in it for your family not just for his commission. We can’t thank him enough from step 1 to step done! And then even after to make sure everything was recorded properly with the county.

Alex was the best. We hope you work with him in listing or purchasing a home.

I have been working with Alex Saudi since 2016. He is responsive, caring, patient, and most importantly honest. I purchased three properties from him over the past few years, two rentals and one my primary Home. He got me the best rentals out there as far as value and location. Also since I had a great experience purchasing the rentals from him, he is also my property manager and BOY it is been great. He got me great tenants and been responsive, caring about his client, the properties and the renters. I purchased my primary home few months back and as expected been a great experience as well. Since he is A++ real-estate agent and I am already working with him to purchase my 4th property.

With the huge surge of people moving to Riverview, and the huge amount of new homes being built, there is a large number of people requiring an experienced Realtor who knows the market. You will want someone who is going to respect you and take care of you, not out for just a commission without putting in an effort. Having been here for 7 years and having to deal with a few realtors I can tell you that you that you do not want to just randomly pick anyone. You want the best. Not only do they respect your wishes and look out for you, but they go the extra mile to get the job done.
